Dr. Meghan Jobson is an internist with specialized training in integrative and palliative medicine. Allison Lieberman is a licensed marriage and family therapist certified in perinatal mental health and mom of two. She is the co-founder of Rooted in Harmony Counseling, a virtual group counseling practice in California and the host of The New Mama Mentor Podcast. She is passionate about breaking the stigma around postpartum mental health and creating support for new moms.
Dr. Booth is a general adult psychiatrist at CalPsychiatry with experience treating a wide range of psychiatric

Dr. Jennings is a clinical psychologist who specializes in sleep treatment. She is board certified in behavioral sleep medicine and works with people across California through telehealth. She provides short-term, evidence-based treatments for individuals with a wide range of sleep difficulties, including insomnia, nightmares, and circadian rhythm disorders (such as sleep scheduling issues and jet lag). In addition to working with adults and adolescents, she offers treatment to families experiencing sleep issues with their children.
